Mackenzie, an Illinois native, graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics. She has always had a passion for health and wellness and combining this with her love to help people led her to the perfect profession of becoming a Nutritionist.

Mackenzie's experience ranges from clinical nutrition, community nutrition and one-on-one nutrition coaching with all ages and demographics. She enjoys learning about nutrition trends and exploring new recipes in the kitchen. Now living in Florida, Mackenzie enjoys all types of activities, including kayaking, biking, swimming and resistance training.
