After selling Persona to Nestlé Health Science — and later repurchasing it in 2024 — Jason set out to expand his mission with VYV, a new kind of wellness brand designed for modern women who want health made simple, effective, and beautiful.

Through his partnership with Vitamin Angels, he’s helped deliver essential nutrients to over one million children around the world — a cause he calls his “most meaningful accomplishment.”  Driven by empathy, curiosity, and a deep belief in the power of small daily habits, Jason leads Persona with the same conviction that has shaped his entire career:

For over two decades, Prem Thudia has been the quiet force behind the technology that makes wellness personal. As Persona’s Co-Founder and CTO, he brings both heart and precision to building digital systems that empower people to understand and support their own health. 

Prem has spent more than 20 years designing technology that scales purpose-driven businesses. For 26 years, he has partnered with Jason Brown, leading the technical vision for multiple ventures — including Persona Nutrition, the personalized vitamin company acquired by Nestlé Health Science in 2019. 

From his early work launching e-commerce platforms for Custom Nutrition Inc., supporting brands like Dr. Andrew Weil and Pritikin, to overseeing nationwide tech operations at Organic To Go, Prem has always believed technology should simplify and humanize the wellness experience. 

Today, he brings that same philosophy to Persona — building digital tools that make personalized health easy, secure, and intuitive. His mission is clear: 

“When technology quietly supports human wellbeing, it allows people to live with more ease, energy, and confidence.”  

With over four decades of leadership in finance and management, Peter Weiss has built his career around helping companies grow with integrity, purpose, and vision. 

A graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School, Peter blends deep financial expertise with a passion for building sustainable, people-centered businesses. Over the past 25 years, he has invested in and advised growth-stage companies across technology, retail, and wellness — always with an eye toward long-term impact and alignment between teams, customers, and investors. 

Peter began working with Jason Brown in 2009, serving as CFO and strategic advisor across multiple ventures, including Persona Nutrition, where he helped guide its successful acquisition by Nestlé Health Science. At Persona , Peter leads with empathy and pragmatism — ensuring that every decision supports both the health of the company and the wellbeing of the people it serves. 

He believes that financial strength is more than numbers — it’s the foundation that allows a brand to make a lasting difference.   

For more than a decade, Dr. Brandi Cole has dedicated her career to helping people feel their best through safe, science-driven care. As a community pharmacist turned nutrition leader, Brandi brings a rare blend of medical expertise and human understanding to every product and program at Persona. 

With a Doctor of Pharmacy and a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Tennessee, Brandi’s work is grounded in evidence-based practice and fueled by compassion. She leads VYV’s science and nutrition initiatives, ensuring every supplement combination is effective, balanced, and personalized to each individual’s needs.  

Before joining VYV, Brandi guided innovation at Persona Nutrition, where she led research on drug-nutrient interactions and integrative health, helping thousands safely combine traditional medicine with modern nutrition.

With more than two decades of experience leading brand storytelling and digital strategy, Cavan Reagan Reichmann believes that the most powerful marketing doesn’t just sell — it inspires connection. 

As Chief Marketing Officer at Persona, Cavan brings together creativity, data, and empathy to shape how the brand engages with women who want wellness that fits real life. His work blends strategy with soul — building authentic relationships through social, digital, and experiential channels that make Persona feel less like a company and more like a community. 

Cavan leads Omnichannel marketing at Persona, where he helped transform the personalized vitamin brand into a leader in the digital health space. Over his career, he’s earned industry recognition from PRWeek, the SABRE Awards, and the Silver Anvils for campaigns that moved people — and moved markets. 

He believes that the right message at the right moment can change not just perception — but lives.   

With more than 14 years of experience in functional medicine, business development, and strategic growth, Stephanie Vogel has built her career around one central belief — that personalized health has the power to transform lives. 

As Vice President of Business Development at Persona, Stephanie leads the charge in building partnerships that bring personalized wellness to more people, everywhere. She’s known for her ability to unite science, strategy, and heart — forging collaborations that make health care feel both smarter and more human.
