Agnes grew up in northwest coast of Peninsular Malaysia - Penang. Spending years travelling and staying in different states in Malaysia, she finally stationed herself in Singapore!

Being in love with art and nature since young, she always spends her free time indulging in drawing and crafting. Just as when she thought she is going to end up becoming an artist, she got exposed to science and fell in love instantly! This brought her to graduating her degree in Health Science in Nutrition and becoming a Nutritionist! Since then she has been very passionate in changing people’s life through nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Prior to joining Persona, Agnes worked in both retail and community setting for years, which provides her with vast experience in dealing with people and community. Moreover, through these years she has been giving training and managing community events. She just loves being around with people!

Agnes loves the outdoors, traveling and exploring new foods around. Exercising her body is a daily addiction! Not for the shape but she just enjoys the sweat and stretch. She always believes that a health body is a combination of good nutrition, active lifestyle & positive emotions!
