If you work a non-standard schedule, you can still benefit from the sleep program. Although your packs may say AM, PM and NIGHT, you can adjust them to fit your schedule. Take AM with your first meal of the day or breakfast. Take PM with your dinner. And take NIGHT, which contains your sleep support, within an hour of your bedtime. For example, if your bedtime is 5AM, take the NIGHT pack at 4AM. Make sure you are giving yourself at least 8 hours between your dose and your intended wake-up time to avoid grogginess in the morning. You will receive your sleep supplements in a pack marked NIGHT. We recommend you take the NIGHT pack containing your Sound Slumber supplements an hour before your bedtime.
