After college, Julia really hit her stride. She continued to gain expertise working as a nutrition consultant before heading back to school to pursue her Registered Dietitian credential with Adagio Health Dietetic Internship. When she's not helping people reach their health goals, Julia continues to study and plans to sit for her board exam in the near future. She knows that learning is never finished, especially when it comes to nutrition. But her knowledge goes way beyond general nutrition. Julia is experienced in weight loss coaching, community education, and formulating nutrition assessments. She is driven by a passion to help individuals become confident on their wellness journey at Persona Nutrition. By sharing the knowledge that she has gained over the years, Julia hopes to help people take charge of their health one day at a time.
