Natalie grew up in a small town in West Virginia where she spent most of her winters playing in the snow and summers hiking in the mountains. After high school, she moved to Florida where she graduated from the University of North Florida with her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Natalie loves nutrition because she knows it is important to keep up her active lifestyle. Her favorite activities include weightlifting, hiking, and snowboarding.

After graduating, Natalie gained experience working in a clinical setting where she worked as a dietetic technician. She worked closely with dietitians and doctors to ensure the neonatal patients in the hospital were receiving adequate nutrition. She also gained nutrition experience within the community when she worked as a WIC nutritionist. Natalie is determined to share with others that proper nutrition doesn't have to be complicated!
