My name is Briana and I am a Northeastern Pennsylvania native, graduated from Mansfield University of PA with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.

Since growing up playing competitive soccer and being a lover of foods, I was fascinated by the direct impact of nutrition on health and performance. I always knew I wanted to study food science with a focus in sports nutrition to fully understand its purpose. After my college career, my passion for nutrition shifted into this overwhelming desire to educate others about the importance of nutrition and how to nurture a positive relationship with diet and wellness.
