Nutritionist
I became passionate about nutrition when I was 15 and struggling to lose weight. I was able to create my own food plans, start bodybuilding, and lose over 45 pounds. The dramatic change in my lifestyle made me appreciate nutrition and the power of food. I realized that food was more than calories, it was a way to take control of my body and nourish it to be the best version it can be. In High School I became a wellness motivational speaker and created a “Eat Healthy Club” in which my classmates and I were doing nutritional counseling and exercise education with the supervision of a Registered Dietitian for two years.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at Purdue University Global and was able to obtain my degree with the title Summa Cum Laudem. I also made it to the Chancellor’s list for 4 continuous years for maintaining a 4.0 GPA throughout my degree plan. I’m currently planning to attend a Dietetic program in order to become a Registered Dietitian. I mainly became a nutritionist to give other people the chance to have a healthy nourishing relationship with food.
